After passing the appraisal and obtaining the qualification certificate, the CNC machine tools used can be operated independently, and it is strictly forbidden to operate without a certificate. The content of technical training and assessment includes the structural performance of CNC machine tools, the working principle of CNC machine tools, transmission devices, the technical characteristics of CNC systems, metal processing technical specifications, operating procedures, safe operation essentials, maintenance items, safety protection measures, fault handling principles, etc.

Carry out the operation of fixed person and machine

Numerical control machine tools must be operated by operators who hold professional qualification certificates, and the system of assigning personnel and machines and job responsibility is strictly implemented to ensure the correct use of CNC machine tools and the implementation of routine maintenance work. Multi-person-operated CNC machine tools shall implement the captain responsibility system, and the captain shall be responsible for the use and maintenance. The public numerical control machine tool shall be maintained and kept by a special person designated by the enterprise manager. The list of authorized persons and machines of CNC machine tools shall be proposed by the user department and submitted to the equipment management department for approval and issuance of operation certificates; the list of persons and machines of fine, large, rare and key equipment shall be reviewed and issued by the equipment management department after approval by the enterprise manager. After approval of the list of persons and flights, it shall not be changed at will. Workers who are skilled in the operation of a variety of CNC machine tools can be issued with an operating certificate for operating a variety of CNC machine tools after passing the examination.

Establish a post responsibility system for using CNC machine tools
1. Operators of CNC machine tools must use and carefully maintain the equipment in strict accordance with the "CNC Machine Tool Operation and Maintenance Regulations", "Four Requirements", and "Five Disciplines".
2. Carry out daily inspection and record carefully. Ensure that the equipment is properly lubricated before the shift; pay attention to the operation during the shift; clean the equipment after the shift to keep it clean and apply oil to prevent rust.
3. Under the requirements of “three good”, practice the basic skills of “four meetings”, do daily maintenance and regular maintenance; cooperate with maintenance workers to check and repair the equipment they operate, keep equipment accessories and tools, and participate in the repair of CNC machine tools. Post-acceptance work.
4. Conscientiously implement the shift shift system and fill in shift shift and operation records.
5. In the event of an equipment accident, immediately cut off the power supply, maintain the scene, report to the production foreman and workshop mechanic (division) in time, and wait for processing. When analyzing the accident, you should truthfully explain the process, and you should be directly responsible for the accident caused by violation of operating regulations.

Establish a shift system
Equipment for continuous production and multi-shift production must implement a shift system. In addition to completing the daily maintenance of the equipment, the shifter must record the equipment operation and the problems found in the "Handover Shift Book" in detail, and take the initiative to introduce it to the successor. Both parties shall check face to face and sign the handover book. If the successor discovers an abnormality or the situation is unknown, the record is unclear, he can refuse to take over. If the handover is unclear, the equipment will have problems after the shift, and the successor will be responsible. Enterprises must set up a "handover shift book" for the equipment in use, which is not allowed to be altered or teared up. The regional maintenance department (station) and mechanics (divisions) should collect and analyze in time, master the implementation of shifts and the technical status of CNC machine tools, and provide data for the status management of CNC machine tools.
