This product is a special multi-face drilling, tapping and milling machine designed for users with large multi-faceted shaft and tube workpieces. The machine uses a 4-axis CNC system with the following features:
1. The bed is made of wide and heavy box structure. The main guide rails are made of roller heavy-duty linear guides or high-rigidity rectangular hard rails according to the user's needs to ensure the overall rigidity of the machine.
2. The spindle holds the workpiece and adopts servo motor + gear + worm gear transmission indexing; the drilling and milling head is a high torque servo motor + high rigidity precision planetary gear set transmission.
3. The X- and Z-direction transmissions use large-size precision ball screw pairs, and the hydraulic center frame is configured according to the workpiece, ensuring high precision and stability of the machine during high-load cutting.
4. The positioning, clamping, chip removal and sliding door of the machine tool are automatically controlled.
The machine tool has the characteristics of high rigidity, high speed, high precision and high automation, which can realize intelligent drilling, tapping and milling continuous operation, and improve the work efficiency by more than 10 times compared with the traditional processing method.
