This series of products is an industry special machine specially developed for screw processing enterprises. At present, the company has completed the optimization and upgrading of economical machine tools, and has added a 4-axis CNC system and a 45° slant bed multi-function model to this product family.
1. The bed is made of rectangular 4 rail + gantry milling head. The center frame has also been greatly improved. The rigidity of the machine tool has been greatly improved and the chip removal is smoother.
2. The milling head box is changed from one gear to two gears, and the gear automatic shifting mechanism is designed. The low speed torque is increased and the re-cutting ability is obviously improved.
3. The machine saddle is widened, the head box can be adjusted within 15°, and the processing range is expanded.
4. The 45° slant bed model adds one axis, adding the function of finishing plane.
5. The overall layout of the machine tool is optimized, focusing on ergonomics, and the operation is more convenient and comfortable.
